Emergency Dispatch Operator
Preferred candidates will have a combination of the following qualifications: honorable discharges only; law enforcement, corrections officer, 911 operator experience; a four-year college degree in an applicable field; a strong work history with relevant experience in a high-paced, technology-intensive role; the ability to work a flexible or rotating schedule; and a professional appearance. Excellent verbal communication skills are required as this individual will be speaking directly to top executives.

Responsibilities
The SOC Operator position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing centrally managed law enforcement radio monitoring with event logging and recording, alarm monitoring of intrusion detection systems, and emergency dispatch, incident reporting and analysis, and remote alarm panel programming.
Participate in incident response and coordination as part of a security operations center environment.
Monitor, log, and report security events; ensure timely escalation as required.
Qualifications
Recent military experience with a focus on Military Police, Dispatching, Cybersecurity, etc. Honorable Discharges ONLY.
Law Enforcement, Corrections Officer, or 911 Operator experience.
Four-year college degree in an applicable field.
Strong work history; relevant experience to a high-paced, technology-intensive role and not a long gap in the past 5–10 years.
Ability to work a flexible or rotating schedule; willingness to accommodate schedule needs if possible by checking multiple boxes above.
Professional appearance; excellent verbal communication skills required when speaking with top executives.
