As a Lead Site Reliability Engineer, you will drive the design, modernization, and operational excellence of Broadridge’s proprietary investment management and global trading platforms, ensuring 24x7x365 availability, security, and performance in a hybrid AWS, VMware, and on-prem environment. This role combines deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, security compliance, performance engineering, and large-scale system reliability with leadership in modernizing user experiences and scaling analytics. You will partner with business and technical teams to deliver resilient, secure, and high-performing platforms that support mission-critical financial services globally. Responsibilities

The candidate needs to play a pivotal role in the design, development, and operational management of proprietary Investment Management applications central to the company’s NextGen, Portfolio Master, Security Master, Reference Data and Analytics Master global trading platforms Deep knowledge of security and compliance tools such as RSA 8.X, Fortra Globalscape SFTP 8.X, and Quest Change Auditor 7.X, which are critical for secure data transfer, identity management, and audit logging Skills to drive AWS cloud infrastructure design, secure provisioning, and cost governance Leading modernization of front-end systems via the proprietary BAMS Reimaged UX migration project Site Reliability experience in managing and operating Windows physical and virtual servers in a large multinational financial services production environment, in support of 24x7x365 high availability service level commitment to customers Undertake performance monitoring/analysis, identify and resolve bottlenecks, produce performance reports for management; provide business application users and management in a hybrid AWS, VMware and on-prem cloud environment Provide sizing and capacity analysis modelling using advanced forecasting techniques for Broadridge propriety applications and participate in presales conferences with the clients providing systems engineering services Evaluate business requirements and convert them into technology engineering specs with resources for their tactical requirements Ensure a high level of security compliance for Broadridge’s proprietary trading and Order Management platforms Apply day zero security vulnerability fixes and partner with Broadridge Information security groups on threat assessment Ensure client/server applications run successfully and are optimally tuned to maximize use of system resources while minimizing client impact; assist application developers in problem determination, system and application tuning, and consultation on projects; provide technical systems engineering assistance to the application development groups Ensure the client/server environment is updated with current, stable versions of software products; maintain currency with operating system and support software; plan and implement major software upgrades; ensure change and security management procedures and methodologies are implemented and followed; provide a current, well-managed operating environment for production processing and application development Carry out work in accordance with systems engineering standards and program documentation requirements Work to accomplish organizational goals that are consistent in supporting corporate objectives Provide business and technical consultation and support to users and other technical units High level of experience with CITRIX 22X Administration, VDA deployments, configuring clients and analyzing performance bottlenecks To enhance platform reliability, modernize user interfaces, and scale analytics capabilities for the above platform Perform SSAE 18 audit compliance activities, ensuring IT controls meet regulatory requirements Qualifications

Advanced level of experience working with Windows Operating environment Citrix 22X, Linux 8.X, Microsoft SQL 2016+, IIS 10, VMware 6.X Expert level experience with Broadridge platform’s internal modules for trade execution, reconciliation, P&L analysis, and compliance — critical for meeting institutional service requirements and regulatory standards Managing critical proprietary internal applications like proprietary BAMS Portal and BIMS Global Reference Data Must have experience in the past, executing Non-Functional Requirements Analysis BS Computer Science, Advanced Technical degree or related experience with at least ten years’ experience in related area AWS cloud architecture and automation, with experience in secure VPC design, EC2/RDS provisioning, and cost optimization critical to the Broadridge infrastructure Advanced level of experience in managing VMware vSphere 6.0 or above is a must Must have experience in Active Directory 2019+, Group policy and windows domain administration skills Must have experience with setup, implement and troubleshoot Citrix XenApp environment Advanced level scripting ability using PowerShell 7.X to automate production workloads Skills to lead deployment, customization, and scaling of Datadog observability solutions across U.S.-hosted infrastructure Power BI analytics skills to manage the end-to-end integration of tailored to compliance and operational transparency Excellent knowledge of FIX 4.X protocol, Bloomberg Market data feeds including SAPI, and third-party risk analysis tools Compensation and Benefits

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $130,000 - $140,000. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate\'s final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
