SharePoint Developer (OIG) (TS/SCI required) with Security Clearance. IT Concepts Inc. is currently seeking a qualified SharePoint Developer in support of our Defense Intelligence client in Washington, D.C. The SharePoint Developer will be responsible for the creating, implementing, and maintenance of SharePoint team sites, SharePoint collaboration sites, Microsoft Teams, and custom SharePoint solutions. Technical tasks also include basic SharePoint administration and technical support functions in support of all program users. In addition to SharePoint development capability the incumbent must also have the ability to provide business analysis support in the form of gathering work requirements, working with the project team to track development of web pages and required updates against a schedule, and the ability to provide technical consulting advice and recommendations. The SharePoint Developer may also be responsible for helping migrate data from on-premise SharePoint sites to SharePoint Online. The project team and organization being supported is small so a wide-ranging technical knowledge and ability to provide sound consulting advice to our customer is important in this role. Location: Either Reston or JBAB, DC on site. Responsibilities
Maintenance/sustainment of existing and creation and administration of new client SharePoint sites and subsites, lists, libraries, web parts, and content (including pages, workflows, and items) Design, implementation, maintenance, and sustainment of complementary functionality for customer subsites, lists, libraries, and content Develop custom workflows using SharePoint Designer Develop and manage master pages and other reusable SharePoint components Provide advice, support and training on any items relating to permissions, site ownership, document management, forms, and workflows Coding, testing, and implementing solutions Clearly document the analysis of any problems and the solutions used to resolve them Communicate the status of issues to users and management Provide end user support primarily as related to SharePoint Work with end users and development team to define, develop and test solutions to resolve issues and requests Participate in the analysis to design enhancements or solve existing SharePoint issues Assist in the design of technical approaches to deliver future capabilities Requirements
3-5+ years SharePoint development experience Experience in SharePoint 2013, 2016, and 2019 Experience with the MS Office 365 environment (Notepad/Teams/SharePoint, etc) Experience migrating existing SharePoint Site Collections to newer versions of SharePoint Hands-on experience using SharePoint Designer to maintain and develop complex custom workflows Experience implementing JavaScript, CAML queries, and REST services to enhance usability and performance Experience providing end user support functions 5+ years of expert level Business Analysis skills Demonstrate ability to lead Information Technology transformation efforts related to emerging technologies or new application of existing solution Ability to analyze complex requirements and recommend development or acquisition strategies of new appropriate technology solutions Ability to assist in development of strategic plans and concepts Provide guidance and act in a consulting and/or advisory capacity in the implementation of highly specialized, leading edge information technologies Experience working in support of Government agencies and the Defense Intelligence Agency is preferred Ability to work with limited supervision Strong verbal and written communication skills Process improvement/automation experience Experience with HTML and CSS Experience working with and briefing senior echelons Must be a U.S. Citizen Top Secret/SCI security clearance and be willing to take and pass a CI polygraph Preferred
Experience working with Power BI (or Tableau), Power Apps, and Power Automate Experience creating Quick Reference Guides, Job Aides, and other training material Experience implementing JavaScript, CAML queries, and REST services Experience with full suite of MS 365 applications to include Power Automate, Flow, and Teams Security Clearance: Must have active TS/SCI clearance and willing/able to get CI polygraph Benefits
