Join JANUS as a key member of our Data Analytics team, which is implementing Lighthouse technologies to help the Army solve data federation, governance, and analytics challenges with secure, state-of-the-art cloud solutions. You’ll architect and operationalize Azure-based data platforms and AI/ML/LLM integrations that deliver real-time metrics, predictive analytics, and accelerated After-Action Review (AAR) insights aligned to Army event cycles and campaign plans. Product Manager

responsible for designing, developing, and delivering a comprehensive platform that integrates diverse data analysis, management, and decision-support capabilities. The tool must have an extensible framework and advanced modules, and support work in areas such as

Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Machine Learning (ML) , real-time metrics generation, and streamlined data-driven decision-making, offering tailored solutions to meet evolving mission requirements across a broad spectrum of applications. This role blends

hands-on cloud engineering

with

solutions architecture leadership

driving the vision, governance, and integration of data pipelines and advanced analytics across JMC missions. Key Responsibilities

Architect & Engineer Solutions: Design and implement scalable data solutions using Azure Data & Storage, Databricks, Azure Analytics, Purview, and other PaaS services. Operationalize AI/ML: Deploy Lighthouse AI/ML/LLM modules for campaign analysis, strategic communications planning, and automated calendar synchronization. Dashboard & Analytics Development: Partner with application teams to deploy dashboards and predictive analytics in SharePoint (NIPR/SIPR), Power BI, Python, and R. Data Governance & Quality: Establish and enforce governance, lineage, and quality standards that drive authoritative, trusted data for decision-making. Integration & Federation: Plan, design, and implement ingestion of diverse external data sources, ensuring interoperability across multiple Army environments and enterprise systems. Mentorship & Collaboration: Provide guidance to clients, partners, and teammates while coordinating PRS-driven deliverables across IPTs, IPRs, CMBs, NOSC, and ERBs. Security & Compliance: Champion OPSEC, IA, and PII safeguards in all workflows, aligning with DoD and Army enterprise architecture standards. Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data/Information Systems, Math, or related field (Master’s preferred). Equivalent experience may substitute. Clearance:

Active Secret Clearance required. Experience: 5+ years leading or engineering enterprise data/analytics platforms. 3–5+ years in ETL, data wrangling, and data pipeline development. Demonstrated ability to unify disparate data sources into predictive dashboards and executive-ready products. Familiarity with DoD/Army modernization, or joint experimentation preferred. Strong background with Azure cloud services (Data & Storage, Databricks, Analytics, Purview) or equivalent ETL/SQL/Access experience. Skills: Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and documentation. Mathematical/statistical problem-solving and advanced data engineering. Knowledge of database structures, joins, and data blending. Team-oriented, motivated, and self-directed with growing presentation skills. Salary:
