Job Summary:

This position is responsible for all aspects of projects in the Home Technology department. This includes scheduling of projects and make sure projects are on time and on budget. Manage Technicians and handle all customer concerns during the project. Responsibilities

Meet the Sales Consultant, Customer or originating Project Manager for project details on all large or complex projects. Walk jobsites in place of the sales person to ensure prewire, Trim and Installation meet the customer expectations. Assist in project scheduling - This includes: Helping with regular scheduling by: Providing an estimated time and techs required. Checking ticket vs. quote/bid for accuracy. Review the schedule and making it more efficient. Finding ways to make last minute requests work (that don’t fit as they stand). Coordinating with the sales team on a daily basis to: Stay informed so we are not bombarded with last minute updates. To know when the schedule has openings. Ensure payment and bids are done timely so we are not ordering last minute. Tech management Jobs are completed timely. Paperwork is filled out correctly and timely. Techs arrive to projects timely. Walking/QC installations. Product management Ensure special order product is ordered in advance. Assist the warehouse in maintaining the proper inventory on the technician’s vehicles. Verify the product pulled for installation matches the ticket and proposal. Confirm product is in stock. Add misc. parts that techs may need that are not included in the proposal. Assisting office staff as needed. Technician & Sales Support Help answer technical questions. Sales support: Help with product and labor questions. Experience and Skill Requirements

Two to five years AV project management experience or five years AV instillation experience. Ability to provide great customer service and problem solve customer concerns. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to perform duties with a high degree of accuracy with a strong focus on quality. Good interpersonal communication and organizational skills. A positive attitude of teamwork and continuous improvement. Education

High school diploma or equivalent Schedule
