Responsibilities
Responsible for the direct oversight of the indoor and outdoor activities Plan and carry out a creative and enjoyable life enrichment program in accordance with resident interests Coordinate monthly activity calendar making it available to all residents, families and friends Conduct one on one activities with residents Collaborate with outside community organizations or volunteers Oversee the life enrichment budget Document all participation from residents Assist in timely decorating for holidays or special events Other duties as assigned
