This role offers the opportunity to lead and execute complex quantitative research projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to design studies, manage fieldwork, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights. Your expertise will guide the creation of high-quality reports, toplines, and presentations, translating complex data into clear recommendations. The position requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A focus on consumer insights and storytelling is essential, along with a solid understanding of business and market implications. Remote work within the EST time zone provides flexibility while fostering a highly collaborative virtual environment. Accountabilities

Independently manage multiple and international quantitative research projects from start to finish. Develop research instruments, including questionnaires and survey designs. Oversee project fielding, ensuring high-quality data collection. Monitor data processing, perform analysis, and proof reports and toplines. Prepare insightful, actionable reports and presentations with clear business implications. Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing updates and resolving issues as needed. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations. Requirements

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in quantitative market research; candidates with broader experience across various levels are encouraged to apply. Strong analytical and statistical skills, with experience in data analysis and interpretation. Excellent project management capabilities, including the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects. Proficiency in report writing, PowerPoint, and presentation of complex findings. Strong communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration. Experience in the pharma or healthcare sector is but not mandatory. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a remote setting. Benefits
