$175,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Essential duties and responsibilities
Architect and design solutions - Lead the architecture, design, and integration of NetSuite, Salesforce, and various business applications to support business operations and scalability. Business process optimization - Analyze business requirements and optimize workflows across finance, sales, operations, and supply chain. Integration management - Oversee system integrations and ensure seamless data flow between business systems using MuleSoft. Technical leadership - Provide technical leadership on system implementation, enhancements, and integration projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment. Stakeholder collaboration - Partner with business leaders, IT, and vendors to align technology solutions with business objectives. Security & compliance - Ensure SOX ITGC controls, data governance, and industry best practices for enterprise applications. System administration & support - Maintain systems, troubleshoot, and optimize performance. Documentation & training - Develop technical documentation and conduct training sessions. Management - Coach and manage team members. Education
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience
Minimum 8+ years of experience in business systems architecture with expertise in NetSuite, Salesforce, and MuleSoft (or transferrable middleware). 5+ years of experience in managing an IT team. Experience in enterprise application integration (EAI), API management, and middleware solutions. Strong understanding of finance, sales, supply chain, and ERP processes. Experience in SOX-compliant environments and IT General Controls. Technical Skills
Deep expertise in NetSuite ERP architecture, SuiteScript, and SuiteFlow. Strong experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Proficiency in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform or API-led connectivity. Knowledge of data modeling, SQL, and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Hands-on experience with integration technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, ETL tools). Soft Skills
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus. Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Seniority level
