Records Manager . Duties

Responsible for organizing, maintaining, and implementing controls of electronic records and information. Provides information science, records management, and information management support, including organizing and searching for information. Develops and implements file classification schemes, associated file plans, and records schedules. Searches, locates, retrieves, and delivers records and information by following established procedures and security protocols that protect the integrity and confidentiality of information. Documents and preserves metadata. Performs appraisal and analysis of information for retention and records scheduling purposes. Experience Requirements

The Records Manager shall have a minimum of 3 years of relevant records management experience with specialized experience in file planning development. Education

The Records Manager shall have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in information or business discipline with a Certified Records Manager designation preferred. Benefits
