How You’ll Make An Impact The Coordinator will be responsible for purchasing audio content for Seeded Radio Library and maintaining coverage for the product. The position will work cross-functionally with Broadcast Engineering for content identification and ingest, IT to troubleshoot purchasing/ingesting issues, and Licensing/Reporting to assist with metadata backfill. The Coordinator will assist with general Music Channel Library Development as needed. What You’ll Do Coordinate efforts with support from Broadcast Engineering, IT and Programming Assist metadata backfill efforts, as needed Maintain music library / catalog tied to dedicated Seeded Radio Work with members of the Music Programming team to create superior radio programs/music channel library development as needed Support creative processes, content development and production Load audio elements into music automation system Properly enter song information and non-music elements into automation system maintaining required royalties data Develop an understanding of the music scheduling software and automation system Learn audio editing, fades and inserting correct digital markers to optimize sound based on music/content selection and channel genre What You’ll Need Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook), Google Sheets 1+ years of experience in Media Library Maintenance and Expansion and/or Metadata management 4-Year College Degree or equivalent experience Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels Ability to work independently and in a team environment Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Willingness to take initiative and follow through on projects Excellent time management, prioritization and ability to multi-task under shifting deadlines Position is Hybrid, requiring 2+ in-office days per week Must have legal right to work in the U.S. EEO Statement At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation. The base salary for this position is described as $21/hr and will depend on skills, qualifications, and experience. This role may be eligible for discretionary incentives.
