This role focuses on leveraging SAP technology to improve client operations within EY’s SAP service line capabilities (Supply Chain, FICO, BPC, Data & Analytics, Customer, Tech/Arch and SuccessFactors). The opportunity We are seeking a forward-thinking SAP professional to join our Technical Consulting team. You will use your strong proficiency in SAP technology to help clients achieve improved outcomes and lasting results. By utilizing your capabilities to implement SAP and drawing on our expertise in tax, assurance, transaction and risk, you will pave the way for innovative solutions. As a Senior Technology Analyst, you will bridge business needs and technical solutions, gathering requirements from stakeholders and collaborating with technical teams to design and deliver effective system architectures. Responsibilities
Engage with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. Analyze business models and processes to evaluate fit with SAP solutions (OTC focus). Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions across SAP SD and related modules. Configure and implement SAP SD components (Sales Area, BP/Material Master Data, Sales Order Types, Item Categories, Schedule Line Categories, Pricing, Billing Document Types, Output Determination). Support writing functional specifications, business requirement documentation, configuration rational documentation, and other project-related documents for the OTC workstream. Design and implement WRICEs (WRICEF: Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) from requirements through cut-over and hypercare. Ensure seamless system integration between SD and MM, TM, EWM, FI to maintain end-to-end processes. Map, implement, test and troubleshoot EDI/API interfaces. Deliver high-quality client services, monitor progress, manage risk, and keep stakeholders informed of developments and outcomes. Build and maintain relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels. Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree and typically 2-4 years of relevant experience. 2+ years of experience with SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC). Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills. Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies. Strong technical skills in application functional design and experience with technology business requirements definition, analysis, and mapping. Experience in system configuration design; familiarity with technology business architecture frameworks. Capacity for critical thinking and complex problem-solving. Willingness to travel to meet client needs (estimated 40-60%). Ideally you’ll also have
Prior consulting experience or deep functional expertise. Experience in project management and tracking deliverables. SAP certification(s). Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of the core module. What We Look For

Comprehensive compensation and benefits, with salary ranges reflecting location (e.g., $101,500 to $186,000 in most locations; higher ranges in NYC Metro, WA, CA).
