WMS Solutions Architect role at CJ Logistics America. You will be the functional and technical backbone of our Warehouse Management Systems team, designing and implementing WMS solutions across a major logistics network to maximize customer value. Why You’ll Love This Role

Lead the design, optimization, and implementation of WMS solutions, configuring systems (Blue Yonder, Korber, Manhattan, etc.) for optimal performance Act as functional liaison between customers, Project Managers, Technical Consultants, and 3rd party consultants to ensure timely delivery Solve complex problems by analyzing non-standard business needs, determining integration complexity, architecture constraints, and product roadmaps Design and implement integrated solutions with TES teams, leveraging middleware, WCS, Automation, and small parcel concepts Guide system integration, UAT, and deployment phases; provide Level 3 architectural support and lead upgrade projects Mentor and influence team members to foster a high-performing environment What You’ll Bring
15+ years of experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) 5+ years of consulting experience preferred Strong technical acumen with leading WMS platforms (Blue Yonder, Korber, Manhattan) and hands-on implementation Proficiency in designing, configuring, and deploying complex supply chain solutions Deep understanding of supply chain, logistics, and distribution concepts Excellent business analysis skills, including statistical algorithms and inventory optimization concepts Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with ability to present to executive audiences Willingness to travel up to 30% to client and warehouse locations Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or Engineering preferred Ready to architect the future of logistics?
