Overview

The Product Support team is seeking a Software Development Engineer who will act as a bridge between Collections Engineering Flight Operations and Labeling teams. You will be responsible for ensuring data flow continuity and resolving technical issues across the data pipeline. Primary responsibilities include developing monitoring solutions, troubleshooting data flow issues, implementing fixes for internally developed systems, maintaining quality standards and creating engineering solutions to identify and close organizational gaps. Key responsibilities

Owning and maintaining the PR ticketing system Developing and implementing solutions to enhance team efficiency Testing and documenting new product features and updates Providing technical consultation across multiple teams Creating automated solutions for recurring problems Maintaining comprehensive documentation of systems and processes Job Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving abilities and be interested in working at the intersection of multiple technical teams. They must be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills and be able to work independently while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Experience with data pipeline systems, testing frameworks and ticketing systems is preferred. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly adapt to different technical environments. A Computer Science or equivalent technical degree with 2-5 years of relevant experience in software development and support is required. The candidate should have experience in quality assurance, system monitoring and cross-team collaboration. Benefits and compensation
