Bargaining Unit: UUP Job Summary: The Department of Physiology & Pharmacology at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University is seeking a part-time Research Associate Professor (HS). The successful candidate will: Participate in medical student (MS) Brain Neuroanatomy Labs, Neurohistology Labs, pathway problem sets, practical exam set up and proctoring. Serve as facilitator for PBL cases for MS-1 and/or MS-2. Participate in the education of students in the School of Graduate Studies, including teaching and supervision of graduate students, including serving as thesis advisor. Conduct active research and apply for extra-mural funding and attempt to obtain funding for research projects. Required Qualifications: PhD in Neuro and Behavioral Sciences.
