Talent Acquisition Consultant @ CGI | Driving High-Volume Recruitment Position Description The CGI Government Cloud Services (GCS) Program delivers and supports the proprietary Government Advantage ERP software suite, designed specifically for state and local governments across the United States. CGI is currently seeking a strategic and technically proficient Cloud Solution Owner to lead the development, enhancement, and delivery of our cloud-native solutions. This individual will play a key role in shaping product strategy, defining requirements, managing the product roadmap and backlog, supporting sales initiatives, and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing cloud services that align with both customer expectations and business objectives. The key skills required for this role include a minimum of 5 years of experience in product ownership or management, with a strong emphasis on cloud technologies. The candidate should possess deep expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, along with a solid understanding of cloud-native architectures. Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices is also essential. This is a hybrid position, requiring on-site presence two to three days per week at one of the following CGI office locations: Fairfax, VA | Dallas/Belton, TX | Denver, CO | Knoxville, TN | Lafayette, LA | Henderson, NV Your future duties and responsibilities Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision: Define and evolve the product vision for cloud-based services and platforms; align product goals with enterprise architecture, customer needs, and market trends. Backlog & Execution Management: Own the product backlog and prioritize features based on value, effort, and risk; write clear user stories and acceptance criteria for cloud infrastructure, APIs, and services; lead sprint planning and collaborate closely with engineering and DevOps teams. Cloud Architecture & Security: Work with architects to ensure solutions are scalable, resilient, and secure; understand cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their service offerings. Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Gather feedback from customers, internal teams, and partners to inform product decisions; act as the voice of the customer in technical discussions and roadmap planning. Release & Performance Management: Coordinate product releases and ensure cloud deployments meet SLAs and performance benchmarks; monitor usage, reliability, and cost efficiency of cloud services. Metrics & Optimization: Track KPIs such as uptime, latency, adoption, and cost-to-serve; continuously improve product usability, scalability, and operational efficiency. Sales Support: Develop product briefs, feature sheets, and ensure sales team understands key features, benefits, and technical capabilities; coordinate with sales to establish cloud support estimates. Qualifications

5+ years of experience in product ownership or management, with a focus on cloud technologies. Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native architectures. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices. Ability to translate technical concepts into business value. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and API management. Familiarity with SaaS metrics and customer success principles. Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA). Technical background in software engineering or cloud infrastructure. Experience with SaaS or PaaS product development. Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS Certified Solutions Architect). Travel up to 25% within the assigned geographic region. Other Information

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $89,300.00 - $208,300.00.
