Elegant ambience meets flavorful cuisine at this vibrant Hyatt Regency San Francisco spot. Responsibilities
Greet and engage guests with a professional, friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel welcome and cared for. Provide detailed knowledge of the menu, including wine, cocktails, and daily specials, to make thoughtful recommendations. Accurately take food and beverage orders, input them into the POS system, and ensure timely delivery. Anticipate guest needs, monitor tables throughout service, and respond promptly to requests. Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth coordination and service flow. Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism, escalating to a manager if needed. Prepare and maintain a clean, organized service area, following all sanitation and safety procedures. Process guest payments accurately and efficiently. Contribute to team success by assisting colleagues during peak service times. Uphold Hyatt brand standards, delivering care and hospitality in every interaction. This is an hourly position with a compensation of $19.76 per hour. Benefits

A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment. Previous serving experience in a hotel, fine dining, or high-volume restaurant preferred. Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be able to work PM shifts, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays up to moderate weight A positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for hospitality.
