Hospitalist Opportunity I City of Hope Phoenix
— City of Hope Phoenix (Goodyear, Arizona), a leading network of cancer hospitals and outpatient centers, is seeking an outstanding
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Hospitalist
to join our esteemed team. We offer a collaborative, patient-focused environment dedicated to transforming healthcare by integrating cutting-edge research and compassionate care. Position Highlights
Perform admissions, transfers, daily rounding, and coordination of discharges for medical/surgical patients with oncologic complications in a compassionate, patient-focused environment Rotating weeks A yearly schedule of 147 twelve-hour workdays Monday-Sunday 7am-7pm Respond to codes and rapid responses Collaborate closely with pharmacists, medical/surgical specialty teams, and other ancillary staff to develop and manage a comprehensive plan for patients admitted to the hospital 38 total beds — current census 10-15 EPIC EMR 24/7 vascular access team
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Compensation:
Includes a highly competitive salary, signing bonus, relocation assistance and productivity/performance incentives. Actual compensation will be adjusted for specialty, experience, training, hospital/community needs and other factors. Comprehensive Benefits:

Qualifications
Requirements: Education:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) Board Certification:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Licensure:
Must have or be eligible to obtain
Arizona Medical License
prior to starting date Experience:
Inpatient oncology care; competency in co-managing ICU patients with critical care medicine
