RK&K is seeking a Land Development / Site Development Leader to lead high-impact projects in the DC metro area and Northern Virginia, mentor talent, and expand our reach across Federal, Public, and Private sectors. This is an opportunity to build something lasting. Responsibilities
Lead and manage active site development projects across DC and Northern Virginia Serve as the primary liaison with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships Drive business growth by expanding RK&K\'s footprint in new markets Oversee design, permitting, and quality control for land development projects Mentor and develop junior and senior civil engineering staff Facilitate client presentations, internal meetings, and plan approvals Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering PE license in DC and/or VA (or ability to obtain) Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in land/site development Deep knowledge of permitting processes in DC and Northern Virginia Proven leadership and project management experience Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Skills and Experience
Strong local network of engineers and clients; active in industry groups Other Duties
