As Sol de Janeiro continues its rapid global growth and operational expansion, the Director, Supply Chain Strategy & Integration will shape and execute the end-to-end supply chain and operations landscape. This leadership role drives the integration of complex, cross-functional initiatives to enable scalability, resilience, and long-term value creation across the business. The role acts as a strategic integrator and program owner, aligning executive vision with operational execution to ensure critical initiatives are implemented holistically and sustainably across the global operations network. It involves optimizing external partnerships, embedding new capabilities and ways of working, and leading change at scale. What You’ll Be Working On

Strategic Integration Leadership

Develop and drive a comprehensive global operations integration roadmap in partnership with executive stakeholders. Translate strategic priorities into executable cross-functional initiatives that improve performance, compliance, and operational agility. Conduct operational maturity assessments and lead the transition to scalable, standardized, and future-ready models. Identify and assess opportunities to streamline and harmonize global operations processes, systems, and partner relationships. Program & Portfolio Management

Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise-level programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy, resource capacity, and risk thresholds. Define project objectives, timelines, budgets, and success metrics, balancing near-term deliverables with long-term outcomes. Maintain a dynamic project portfolio that provides visibility, prioritization logic, and real-time performance tracking to executive leadership. Regularly brief C-suite and functional leaders on integration progress, roadblocks, and recommended course corrections. Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

Drive process improvement efforts across global operations, identifying and eliminating inefficiencies or structural gaps. Develop scalable operating models and SOPs that support global growth, cost optimization, and improved service levels. Institutionalize a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging data and cross-functional input to inform decision-making. Stakeholder & Change Management

Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration, accountability, and alignment. Lead change management efforts to support large-scale shifts in operating model, governance, and third-party relationships. Create and manage communication plans that ensure clarity and engagement at all organizational levels. Serve as a trusted partner to executive sponsors, functional leaders, and regional teams to ensure cohesive adoption of change. Must Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree a plus. 10+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or business transformation, with demonstrated experience leading high-impact, cross-functional programs in a global environment. Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, third-party operations, and enterprise integration strategies. Proven success in managing large-scale operational initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, partners, and geographies. PMP certification or equivalent program management experience strongly preferred. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels, including C-suite. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable leveraging data and systems to inform strategy and execution. Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity and adapt plans in fast-paced, evolving environments. Experience with change management frameworks and portfolio prioritization methodologies.
