Senior Director, Global Launch Lead to lead the global launch of empasiprubart in Multifocal Motor Neuropathy (MMN), currently in Phase 3. This is a high-impact role that will shape the global launch strategy, drive cross-functional execution, and ensure market readiness for a therapy poised to transform the MMN treatment landscape. You will be a key member of the Global Commercialization community and Chair of the MMN Indication Commercialization Team (ICT), collaborating across geographies and disciplines to deliver an integrated launch plan that maximizes the value of empasiprubart. You’ll have the opportunity to lead a global launch that could redefine treatment for MMN and contribute to a legacy of scientific excellence and community-first healthcare. Key Responsibilities

Develop and lead the global launch strategy for empasiprubart in MMN, aligned with argenx Vision 2030 Drive launch readiness across functions including Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Patient Advocacy, HEOR, CMC, Scientific Communications, and Commercial Operations Oversee brand creation and positioning for empasiprubart Define and monitor launch KPIs, adjusting strategies to ensure success Chair the ICT and serve as the central point of contact for global launch activities Build and manage relationships with external stakeholders (HCPs, KOLs, advocacy groups, regulators) Ensure compliance with global regulatory and ethical standards Lead budget planning and resource allocation for launch activities Conduct market analysis, competitive intelligence, and scenario planning to inform strategic decisions Qualifications

Advanced degree (MBA, PhD, PharmD, or MD) preferred 12+ years of commercial experience in pharma/biotech, including marketing and sales Proven success launching rare disease therapies; US launch experience required, international experience strongly preferred Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills Deep understanding of global regulatory and promotional compliance Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills Ability to influence without authority and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Willingness to travel (~30%) Preferred Skills

Experience launching rare disease biologics globally Commercial expertise in neurology and autoimmune diseases Strong knowledge of market access strategies, including pricing and reimbursement Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of innovation Familiarity with real-world evidence (RWE), digital engagement, and policy shaping Collaborative and humble approach to leadership and problem-solving Passion for science and a deep commitment to improving patient outcomes EEO and Privacy
