As a business analyst, you will join a client service team and take ownership of a workstream to solve some of the toughest challenges our clients face. These clients include Fortune 500 giants and innovative startups. We expect you to go the extra mile, delivering solutions that solve immediate problems and drive long-term change. You will take on a role that goes beyond advising—helping to uncover the true challenges behind a client\'s strategy and creating actionable plans to drive real change. Working alongside clients and McKinsey colleagues, you\'ll combine research, data analysis, interviews, and brainstorming to generate fresh insights and breakthrough solutions. Bachelor\'s degree 1+ years of experience Understanding of supply chain concepts and interest in network design, S&OP, inventory, or physical flow management Demonstrated ability to lead operational improvements and manage transformation factors (e.g., performance management systems, mindsets/behaviors) Aptitude for analytics Proven leadership in work settings or through extracurricular activities Ability to work collaboratively in a team and with people at all levels Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively Willingness to travel up to 80% Please review the additional requirements regarding essential job functions of McKinsey colleagues.
