Key Responsibilities
A/B Testing Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive A/B testing strategy aligned with business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, UX/UI) to identify testing opportunities. Prioritize testing initiatives based on potential impact and feasibility. Test Design And Execution: Design and develop A/B tests, including hypothesis creation, test plans, and success metrics. Coordinate with design and development teams to ensure accurate implementation of test variations. Monitor test execution to ensure tests are running as planned and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Data Analysis And Reporting: Analyze test results using statistical methods to determine the impact on KPIs. Generate insights and actionable recommendations based on test outcomes. Create and present detailed test reports to stakeholders, highlighting findings and suggesting next steps. Optimization And Iteration: Use test results to drive continuous improvement in eCommerce performance. Work with teams to implement winning variations and iterate on learnings for future tests. Maintain a backlog of test ideas and continuously explore new testing methodologies and tools. Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for A/B testing initiatives within the organization. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment on test goals and outcomes. Advocate for a data-driven culture and the importance of testing and experimentation. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, or a related role within an eCommerce environment. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in A/B testing tools (e.g., Adobe Target, Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize) and web analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics). Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tests simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy. Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or other web development languages is a plus. Preferred Skills
Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis and methodologies. Experience with personalization and user segmentation strategies. Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Websphere Commerce, Shopify, Magento) and content management systems (CMS). Understanding of UX and UI best practices.
