We are seeking an NLP/LLM Engineer to design and deploy advanced natural language processing applications. You will build systems for chatbots, document understanding, and text generation, leveraging state-of-the-art transformer models. This role involves fine-tuning large language models, implementing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and creating scalable conversational AI platforms. Key Responsibilities

Build and optimize NLP applications including chatbots, document analysis, and text generation systems. Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for domain-specific tasks. Implement RAG pipelines combining vector databases and LLMs. Leverage APIs (e.g., Hugging Face, OpenAI) for rapid prototyping and deployment. Develop tools and frameworks to support scalable NLP solutions. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to deliver production-grade systems. Requirements

3–7 years of experience in NLP or applied machine learning. Strong expertise with transformer architectures and model fine-tuning. Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as Hugging Face Transformers. Experience working with OpenAI APIs and vector databases. Hands-on experience with RAG architectures and conversational AI design. Track record of deploying NLP/LLM applications in production. About the Opportunity
