Job Title: Salesforce Lead Developer/Tech Lead w/Industries CPQ & Vlocity Location: Bellevue, WA (Onsite) Company: Mphasis Job Summary – We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Lead Developer/Tech Lead with 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. The ideal candidate will lead Salesforce development, customization, and integrations, ensuring scalable and high-performing solutions. This role requires expertise in Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, and Salesforce best practices, along with team leadership and project execution capabilities. Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Solution Design: Lead Salesforce technical implementations, ensuring best practices and high performance; design and develop scalable and secure Salesforce solutions; provide architectural guidance on platform capabilities, integrations, and data modeling; collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and developers to translate business needs into technical solutions; ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and release management guidelines. Development & Customization: Develop and enhance Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components, and Visualforce pages; implement Salesforce integrations; optimize SOQL queries, data models, and platform performance; conduct code reviews; enforce CI/CD pipelines; deploy changes using Salesforce DevOps tools; write high-quality code with test coverage including positive and negative test cases. Team Management & Collaboration: Mentor and guide junior developers; work closely with project managers, business analysts, and QA teams; participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies; contribute ideas to improve codebase, processes, and product. Qualifications
7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Experience in Marketing Cloud Experience in Industries CPQ (Salesforce Industries) – CME (Communications, Media and Energy & Utilities) Experience with Vlocity, OmniStudio, and Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud Strong expertise in Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and middleware Experience with Salesforce data modeling, security, and sharing rules Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL Knowledge of Salesforce languages (Apex, Aura, LWC) or equivalent client-side development (HTML, CSS, JS) Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, Git) Understanding of applying the Salesforce platform to the Legal Industry Nice to Have
Salesforce Certifications such as Platform Developer I & II, Application Architect Experience in Agile/SCRUM and TDD Legal domain experience Experience developing managed packages as part of ISV Partner Program Telecom industry experience Expertise in Apex, JavaScript and Lightning Web Components Job Function & Industry
