You will have direct input to our mission to democratize data-driven medicine for the benefit of cancer and rare disease patients across the globe. Your mission Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will take ownership of established talent management programs, including performance review cycles, leadership development, mentorship, and internship initiatives. You will maintain and incrementally improve these programs while collaborating closely with HR, business leaders, and external partners to ensure alignment with SOPHiA GENETICS’ culture and strategic goals. The value you add Oversee and maintain existing talent management programs, ensuring smooth execution of annual performance reviews, mid-year reviews, and individual development plans (IDPs). Manage and nurture key initiatives such as mentorship programs, internship partnerships, and leadership development cohorts, focusing on continuous improvement. Monitor and maintain LMS (Litmos), knowledge management systems and training catalogues, managing vendor relationships and responding to business training needs. Collaborate closely with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance, training effectiveness, and alignment with organizational culture and goals. Serve as the steward of talent management philosophy and program frameworks, including employee lifecycle, cultural development, university relations and employee value proposition campaigns, contributing creative ideas and hands-on support. Requirements We know that every background is different, but to be best set for success we see you bringing: Minimum of 5 years experience within Talent Management/Talent Development, with an additional 2 years experience in management or leadership roles. Proven track record of driving the delivery of talent management programmes, including performance reviews, IDPs, talent reviews, mentorship, and leadership development. Direct experience overseeing LMS platforms, with knowledge of development core learning programmes for employee development and knowledge management for compliance purposes. A broad understanding of wider HR/People Management programmes, including Early Careers/Internships and EVP Campaigns. Experience across industries is acceptable; comfortable working in agile, fast-moving and evolving organisations with a success-oriented, solutions-focused mindset that embraces teamwork, commercial growth and inclusion. As an international organisation, English is a business language and full fluency of English is required. Further fluency of French would be highly valuable for collaboration with French-speaking partners.
