Design and implement innovative code-based solutions for complex Amazon Connect use cases, leveraging and showcasing Applied AI Create and publish high-quality technical artifacts including demos, sample code, and starter projects that inspire customers to build with Amazon Connect Define coding standards and establish team norms for build projects Own the technical bar for specialist artifacts and standards for Amazon Connect demos Lead cross-functional collaboration to develop RFx solutions and scalable enablement collateral that empowers our global sales and partner organizations Understand customer goals and challenges and translate them into compelling solution demonstrations Become an expert on AWS Applied AI solutions, and design and prototype end-to-end solutions using technologies that span multiple contact center subdomains (e.g. omnichannel engagement, agent experience, analytics, workforce optimization) Create mechanisms to streamline engagement processes between key stakeholders (e.g. sales and services team), and use data from insights and trends to prioritize pipeline of demands You will be required to travel to meet customers when needed (less than 10%). Contribute as a key liaison in the Solutions Architect organization between our services, GTM, and product marketing teams Develop stories and scalable demos/solutions that align product vision with critical customer outcomes Partner with enablement teams to ensure demo resources are accessible and promote adoption of demo artifacts Leverage deep technical and domain expertise to support high priority customer engagements Basic Qualifications

10+ years of experience as a solutions architect in global sales teams or equivalent Experience with enterprise customer experience cloud technologies (e.g. CRM, service automation, data and analytics, knowledge management) Experience with scripting (e.g. Python, Java, C#, .NET, Node.js) Ability to influence customer and internal decision makers as a thought leader and subject matter expert, through storytelling Preferred Qualifications

Full stack development experience, including React, Typescript, and modern web frameworks Hands-on experience with generative AI (e.g. coding assistants, productivity tools, agentic workflows) Experience with CI/CD tools and unit testing frameworks Proven ability to relate technical solutions to business outcomes through storytelling; experience selling to Fortune 1000/Global 2000 Proven ability to influence customers and executive stakeholders Experience building demos for analysts and marketing events Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The base pay for this position ranges from $138,200/year to $239,000/year, depending on location, knowledge, skills, and experience.
