Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - BFSI & Insurance Domain (SAP FS-RI technical functional consultant) Responsibilities
Should have 8+ years of FS-RI experience with a minimum of 2 end-to-end implementations. Strong knowledge and experience in SAP FS-RI process and customization. Master in core FS-RI functionalities configuration and validation such as setup F&E (Forecast/Prognosis and Estimation) templates and development patterns. Create TCR (Treaty Calculation Rules) templates for NP treaty assumed to ceded transfers. EPI (Estimated Premium Income) and estimations forecasting and actual posting for premiums. UPR (Un-Earned Premium) calculation using F&E or Global Conditions. Reinstatement Premium calculation; signed line adjustments, LUD limits adjustments, NP Premium adjustments and retro adjustments. Periodic configuration changes handling for Entry Codes, LOB and COB. Other FS-RI concepts such as Endorsement, Co-Insured/Co-Participations, Treaty Fronting, Multi-line/Year Interlocking, retro multi-treaty periods and multi-treaty sections. Good programming skills in ABAP, ABAP on HANA, ABAP Object Oriented Programming. Analytical and problem-solving skills to take up Production Support including incident resolution. Interact with business users to gather and understand requirements; analyze and articulate business requirements from a functional standpoint; translate requirements into effective technical solutions. Implement new functionalities and improve existing functionalities in FS-RI. Collaborate with multiple teams including SAP modules (FI/GL, FS-PQM, FS-CM, FS-CD, FS-ICM, FS-PM) to define and understand requirements and explain system solutions. Work with multi-functional/technical teams to prioritize work, resolve dependencies and undertake system development. Learn and gain expertise in other SAP modules. Qualifications
