Prepare, process, and maintain enrollment records for new members and re-enrollment Provide customer service to plan members, providers, and employer groups by answering benefit questions and resolving issues Research and resolve enrollment system rejections and discrepancies Manage daily performance reports summarizing key performance indicators regarding enrollment statistics Assist with complex enrollment issues concerning member eligibility Qualifications (What is Required)
Associate\'s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 1-3 years of experience in a related field Strong knowledge of healthcare enrollment processes Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency with data management and reporting tools Preferred Qualifications (How to Stand Out)
