Client Accountant Join a collaborative and fast-paced Seattle-based team supporting ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families. About the Role: As an Accountant, you’ll take ownership of full-charge bookkeeping and financial reporting for a range of clients. This includes managing general ledgers, tracking cash flow, coordinating bill pay, and preparing key financial documents. You’ll also serve as a day-to-day point of contact for both clients and internal teams, helping deliver white-glove service in every interaction. Key Responsibilities: Maintain general ledgers and reconcile investment and bank accounts Manage accounts payable and coordinate bill payment schedules Prepare monthly and annual reports, including 1099s, W-2s, and net worth statements Support audits and tax filings through detailed recordkeeping and reporting Communicate regularly with clients, their representatives, and internal departments What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Ability to adapt quickly to new accounting software and systems Excellent attention to detail, discretion, and a client service mindset Experience across any industry—a financial services background is not required Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship needs.
