Capital One Software HRBP team is growing and we are looking for a Manager, HRBP to join us as we work with clients to deliver on people initiatives and talent strategy. Salary ranges and location details are provided below for candidates hired to work within specified locations. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based on hours. Consult with clients, other HRBPs, and HR partner groups (people analytics, recruiting, compensation, talent acquisition, AR, diversity & inclusion) to effectively execute on people strategy, HR processes, and reporting Partner with clients to build effective relationships, manage stakeholders, and understand business imperatives to execute HR solutions aligned to business needs Consult with associates, people leaders, and HR partners who require assistance on HR-related issues Coach people managers on leadership, org design, and performance concerns (leveraging Capital One’s Include/Empower/Inspire framework) Provide strategic consulting and workforce planning to client groups, delivering an HR strategy aligned with business needs Support planning and delivery of core HR processes ranging from performance & talent management, leadership development, change management, and organizational design (including spans and layers) Support senior leaders on building an inclusive and diverse team, creating a culture of belonging, and acting as a sounding board to encourage cross-pollination, collaboration, and high performance Basic Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification At least 3 years of client-facing experience OR at least 3 years of consulting experience OR a combination At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or military experience MBA or Master’s degree Professional Human Resources Certification or Senior Professional Human Resources certification or coaching certification 5+ years of client-facing experience or 5+ years of consulting experience or a combination 4+ years of experience in Human Resources or Human Capital Consulting Additional information: Capital One does not sponsor employment authorization for this position. The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries are listed by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated. Location-based pay ranges apply, and actual offers will be stated in the offer letter. This role is also eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
