Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 10 years of experience in management consulting, digital transformation, or a related field, including experience in a client-facing leadership capacity. Experience in leading technology transformations, with methodologies for mitigating organizational resistance, particularly from management layers. Experience delivering cloud adoption or cloud digital innovation programs with enterprise companies. Ability to travel up to 40% of the time within the region. Preferred qualifications
Experience as a product manager owning the end-to-end lifecycle of a data-intensive enterprise product, preferably an AI/ML platform or automation system. Experience with both high-level strategy and diving into the details. Experience in developing cloud business cases and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis aligning technology costs to business value metrics. About the job

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-$249,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Partner with the C-suite and executives to identify and prioritize core business areas with the greatest potential for agentic AI-driven disruption. Develop the strategic roadmap and business case for transformation, quantifying the expected profit and loss impact. Stay at the forefront of AI advancements to inject new possibilities into the transformation journey. Serve as the primary interface for executive stakeholders, ensuring alignment, managing expectations, and communicating progress against business value milestones. Rethink processes from first principles, designing AI-native operating models where autonomous agents collaborate with human experts to execute tasks, make decisions, and drive outcomes.
