The Family Partner uses lived experience raising a child with behavioral health needs to provide one-on-one, strengths-based support to families. As a key member of the Child and Family Team (CFT), the Family Partner empowers caregivers to advocate for themselves, navigate services, and build resiliency. This role involves mentoring families, supporting care coordination, connecting them to community resources, and promoting positive outcomes through collaborative, family-driven planning. How You’ll Benefit

You’ll earn a competitive hourly rate of $18–$20.64 per hour while becoming part of a growing team that is making a real difference in the Winston-Salem community. This is a

full-time, Monday–Friday, 40-hour role

with travel in Winston-Salem and surrounding areas. Because we often meet families after school, the schedule requires some flexibility, with frequent afternoon and early evening hours (3–7 p.m.). In addition to meaningful work, we offer a

To join our team, you must be willing to provide family-centered support in home and community-based settings, collaborate with care teams, assist families in navigating systems and accessing resources, and participate in crisis phone support rotation. We also require the following: Must be a parent or primary caregiver of a child who has received services for I/DD and/or mental health Bachelor's degree in a human service field preferred A valid driver's license, current auto insurance and a good driving record Experience promoting client “voice and choice” preferred Additional Information
