Overview

The Senior Manager, Analytics leads a team of Analytics Engineers, Data Analysts, and Marketing Data Analysts to deliver actionable insights and advanced analytics solutions across the organization. This role oversees the design, development, and implementation of analytics initiatives, ensures data accuracy and integrity, and drives analytics excellence. The Senior Manager collaborates with stakeholders in Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Product, Channel, Marketing, and IT to support strategic decision-making and optimize business performance. Team Leadership & Development: Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of BI Engineers and Analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Manage workload distribution, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery of projects and reports. Provide coaching and professional development opportunities for team members. BI Solution Oversight: Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data models. Ensure best practices in data modeling, ETL processes, and data visualization. Champion data governance, quality, and security standards across all BI initiatives. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business leaders in Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Product, Channel, Marketing, and other departments to understand analytical needs and translate them into technical solutions. Facilitate requirements gathering, project scoping, and solution delivery. Advanced Analytics & Insights: Guide the team in performing complex data analysis, mining, and statistical modeling to uncover trends and support predictive analytics. Ensure the delivery of actionable insights that drive business strategy and operational improvements. User Engagement & Enablement: Drive user engagement with dashboards and data products, ensuring adoption and effective utilization across the organization. Promote self-service analytics and empower business users to leverage BI tools for decision-making. Process Improvement & Innovation: Identify opportunities to automate reporting and analytics processes. Integrate emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs) into analytics solutions to enhance capabilities and drive innovation. Promote a culture of experimentation, continuous improvement, and learning within the BI team. Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Finance, or a related quantitative discipline. Minimum 7 years of experience in analytical roles (BI, Data Analytics, Data Science, etc.), with demonstrated expertise in data analysis, reporting, and BI solution development. At least 3 years of experience managing analytical associates or teams. Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, etc.), SQL, ETL processes, and data modeling. Familiarity with large-scale data environments and cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, Azure). Experience working with supply chain, finance, and data is a plus. Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, methodologies, and best practices. Proven ability to communicate complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences and senior leadership. Experience with statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and experimentation (A/B testing, MVT). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience integrating emerging technologies (AI, LLMs) into analytics platforms is a plus. Experience working in agile methodology. Competencies
