As part of our Field Service Technician team, you'll provide expert-level installation and services of cutting-edge technology. You will maximize your earning potential by leveraging service and installation appointments into leads and additional revenue. Our technician team includes a wide variety of backgrounds and experience levels. We invest in our employees with comprehensive training and support. Whether you're an experienced Field Technician, a sales professional seeking a change, or a motivated, coachable individual, we want to speak with you! Exceptional customer service skills Sales experience (car, retail, insurance, B2C, call center) Field technician experience (cable installation, internet installation, pest control, lawn maintenance, construction, solar technician) Clean driving record and valid license Ability to thrive in a team environment as well as independently Minimal Requirements
Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the city Pre-employment background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening in compliance with applicable laws Physical Demands
Lift and carry up to 45 lbs Climb ladders up to 14 feet Work in attics and other limited-space areas Bend, kneel, crouch, and stand for extended periods Safety culture is strong at Vivint. Field service technicians conduct a safety analysis of every home to ensure a safe workplace for the technician and the customers. Base hourly range: $24.99 – $28.54. The base range represents the low and high end of the hourly range for this position. Actual pay will vary based on location, experience and performance. This range is one component of total compensation, which may include bonuses, incentives, and program-specific awards. The position may be eligible for benefits including medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending accounts. NRG Energy is committed to a drug- and alcohol-free workplace. Employees may be subject to periodic random drug testing and post-accident or reasonable-suspicion drug and alcohol testing, in accordance with applicable laws and any collective bargaining agreement.
