Senior Product Manager
(Individual Contributor) to join our high-performing Product team in
Bellevue (WA), Boston (MA), or Plantation (FL) . You will help us build a best-in-class online medication ordering platform for veterinary practices. This is an opportunity to contribute from the ground floor on a team that seeks to reinvent how care is delivered in the pet health industry. As Senior Product Manager, you will define and deliver the vision for how veterinary practices purchase medications online for pet customer resale and in-office visits. You will collaborate cross-functionally across Product, Design, Technology, Merchandising, Customer Service, Operations, and Executive teams to create, build, and implement a product vision and multi-year roadmap. This is an Individual contributor role. Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for veterinary practices to purchase medications online for pet customer resale and in-office visits. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Work directly with enterprise customers to create and scale new product offerings, applying a customer-first mentality to guide development and deliver best-in-class experiences. Serve as a cross-organizational product and business leader; identify opportunities and risks, and drive accountability for goals and KPIs across verticals and business units. Collaborate with Engineering, Merchandising, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure successful product development and launch. Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication to achieve goals. Develop and maintain the product roadmap and prioritize the product backlog to align with customer and business goals. Define and analyze measures of success (KPIs) for new features and enhancements; translate insights into clear requirements for product improvements and new features. Monitor product performance and measure the impact of enhancements; communicate impact across the organization and use insights to drive prioritization. Collaborate with analytics, data science, design, and engineering resources to deliver features with strong customer and business value. What You'll Need
5+ years of proven product management experience. Proficient in analyzing and communicating metrics to support recommendations. Experience in B2B product management is a plus. Sustained track record of driving business value and improving products with data insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior executives. Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with leadership, and the ability to drive initiatives from conception to completion. BS in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field; or equivalent experience. Passion and curiosity. Flexibility for periodic travel (10%–20%). Bonus
Experience with system integration and API development, preferably with enterprise-level systems in the Vet industry. Ability to succeed in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced culture. Experience building 0–1 products, platform/ecosystem products, or marketplaces. Salary and Benefits The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and work location. This position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.
