They are seeking a motivated, career- and customer-oriented Construction Quality Control Manager to support projects in Washington, D.C. – Onsite, Offsite. Salary

- $100 - 110K per year.

Responsibilities

Quality control services include inspections and tests and related actions, including reports, performed by independent agencies, governing authorities, and the Contractor. They do not include Contract enforcement activities performed by the Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative (COTR). Conduct weekly QC meetings at the work site with the project superintendent and QC specialists. Maintain current and complete records of on-site and off-site QC program operations and activities.

Requirements

Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience as an inspector, superintendent, QC Manager, project manager, or construction manager on contracts of similar size and type, including major trades part of this contract. Familiar with OSHA requirements and experienced in hazard identification and safety compliance. In addition, the QC Manager shall have a current certificate showing completion of the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) “Construction Quality Management for Contractors” course. A certificate is considered current for 5 years from the date of training completion. USACE Quality Management for Contractors certification.
