Head of Digital Platforms role at Tate. Location: Columbia, MD (Hybrid). Job Type: Full-Time. Position: 1 (Exempt). Reports to: Head of Digital and Insights. About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Digital Platforms to lead our digital estate with the right platforms, processes, and innovations. This role will manage our website portfolio, roll out our CMS across new acquisitions, oversee the marketing technology stack, and continuously optimize our digital platforms. You will champion the use of AI, intelligent search, and emerging technologies to improve user journeys, website experience, and operational efficiency. You will bridge technical solutions with business needs by working with stakeholders across the organization to understand use cases, align priorities, and deliver digital solutions. You will lead a team of digital marketers, providing leadership, guidance, and enablement while ensuring operational excellence. What You’ll Do
Website & CMS Ownership Lead the strategy, governance, and optimization of the company’s website estate. Oversee rollout of the CMS to newly acquired businesses, ensuring alignment to brand, compliance, and best practices. Drive continuous improvement across websites to enhance user experience, SEO, accessibility, site search, and performance. Digital Technology, AI & Innovation Own and manage the digital marketing technology stack (CMS, analytics, automation, personalization tools, etc.). Evaluate and onboard new vendors, solutions, and innovations with a focus on AI-driven experiences, advanced search capabilities, personalization, and content optimization. Stakeholder Partnership & Enablement Collaborate with Regional Marketing teams to capture regional needs and deliver relevant digital solutions. Partner with Divisional IS to ensure robust integration, data governance, and security. Translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions with divisions. Ensure digital operations are scalable, secure, and compliant with data and governance standards. Leadership & People Management Manage, mentor, and grow the Digital Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Executive. Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and customer-first digital thinking. Collaborate with the Director of Digital & Insights to shape long-term digital strategy. Additional Expectations Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Kingspan Group Compliance Policy. Ensure product compliance duties are adhered to in line with Product Compliance Policy, laws, regulations, and market demands. Responsible for achieving compliance goals within the Compliance Management System. Raise compliance concerns to supervisors or via confidential whistleblower services as appropriate. Proven track record in digital platform management, ideally covering websites and customer portals. Strong experience in CMS rollout, website governance, and optimization programs. Knowledge of AI-driven search, personalization, and UX innovation. Hands-on experience with digital marketing technologies (CMS, analytics, automation, ABM tools, etc.). Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, IS/IT, and other stakeholders. Strong vendor management, project management, and change management skills.
