Director of Operations
to lead a dynamic manufacturing facility specializing in pharmaceutical packaging. This leadership role requires strategic oversight of operations, safety, quality, and continuous improvement, ensuring the plant runs efficiently and meets customer and regulatory standards. Responsibilities
Drive plant performance, focusing on quality, safety, cost, and sustainability Lead cross-functional teams across operations, maintenance, supply chain, and quality Collaborate with union leadership to ensure a compliant and productive workforce Oversee production scheduling, maintenance, and inventory management Ensure regulatory compliance (FDA, GMP, ISO) and quality control Manage the plant’s budget and drive cost-efficiency initiatives What You Need
Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (Master’s preferred) 10+ years of manufacturing experience and proven experience in a SR. leadership position Experience in glass manufacturing Strong background in budget management, continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma), and union labor relations Expertise in regulatory compliance and quality systems Why You Should Apply
