Overview
As a General Manager, you oversee all people and operation for your Wendy’s restaurant. You’re responsible for creating a fun, inviting work environment and modeling Wendy’s core values daily. You and your leadership team will drive customer service, training and development, sales and profit growth, and accountability across the restaurant. You manage the P&L to control costs and achieve profit targets by identifying opportunities in revenue growth, customer service, and process improvement. What We Offer
