Perform and assist the operations department with quality control tasks of fulfillments, order picking, packing, and the distribution of products. Inspect products and quality control of orders to ensure quality standards are maintained. Control the quality of the inventory, and categorize inventory in the database. Basic data entry and computer skills; use in-house software to provide precise, accurate information for records. Meet immediate goals, deadlines, standards, and expectations; take on additional duties as assigned by leadership. Maintain strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency in daily tasks. Qualifications / What We Expect You to Bring
Hands-on attitude; hard-working, able to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to communicate proficiently; positive, high energy, team-spirited. Detail-oriented and accurate; ability to learn new platforms. Knowledge of Google Suite, Zendesk, and Shopify is a plus. Previous experience in Quality Control; experience in fulfillment/shipment is preferred but not required; eCommerce and retail experience are useful. Ability to lift a maximum of 50 lbs depending on role needs. Operate with a sense of urgency and maintain attention to detail. What To Expect From Handbag Heaven
