Sr Product Manager is a versatile, customer-focused leader who leverages deep customer empathy, strategic thinking, commercial and analytical skills to deliver differentiated products that drive growth and improve customer lives. Day-to-day activities include market research, generating product requirements, defining long-term strategy and roadmaps, guiding end-to-end technical delivery, releasing scope, and supporting go-to-market activities as needed. Job Responsibilities

Owns end-to-end product ownership for complex or cross-platform solutions, crafting and communicating product vision and strategy. Identify target customers and lead end-user product research. Partner with business and leadership to understand customer experiences and opportunities. Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify product innovations and ROI opportunities; collaborate with data scientists as needed. Use rapid hypothesis-driven testing methods (e.g., paper prototypes, A/B testing) to inform direction and investment prioritization. Conduct cost-benefit / ROI / NPV analyses and competitive product analyses to support decisions. Work with stakeholders to secure and maintain product funding; follow enterprise processes. Anticipate industry trends and assess impacts on roadmaps and opportunities for innovation. Communicate and influence ideas with executives and peers; deliver regular product presentations. Lead ad hoc analyses and present findings to executive leadership as requested. Influence feature sets and positioning to improve customer experience and drive growth. Evaluate external partnerships and licensing opportunities with third parties. Maintain awareness of tech trends and assess impacts on the roadmap. Leverage customer insights to inform vision, strategy, and prioritization. Engage with customers to gain deeper insights into needs and priorities; maintain an active VOC (voice of customer) feed for the team. Identify opportunities to delight customers and meet unmet needs; evangelize the customer-first mentality internally and externally. Foster a culture of customer-first thinking and test ideas with real customers to verify benefits. Translate strategy into detailed features and user stories actionable by development teams; prototypes may be created as needed. Own and manage product backlog for multiple Agile/Scrum teams; prioritize activities based on business and customer impact. Collaborate with Architecture and Development teams to account for technical debt and long-term investments. Prioritize backlog in production defect resolution and communicate expected release schedules to stakeholders. Generate and maintain dashboards and reports tracking product health and success metrics; conduct QBRs and Steering meetings. Run beta and pilot programs; collaborate with marketing and PR to promote products; support sales and other stakeholder teams with product knowledge and documentation. Assist in overall software development process from strategy to deployment and support; communicate technical challenges and trade-offs to stakeholders. Ensure product quality and responsive actions in production; lead adoption tools and training materials. Identify and address execution, operational, or organizational issues; drive improvement plans within the team’s influence. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and other groups; maintain positive relationships with customer representatives. Maintain professional knowledge through workshops, publications, networks, and professional societies; develop adoption tools and training materials. Education and Work Experience

Bachelor’s Degree (Required) 7+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment; advanced understanding of customer experience (Required) Advanced Enterprise Oracle Experience (Required) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Product Lifecycle Management experience delivering large, complex initiatives (Required) Strong communication and collaboration with leadership (Required) Agile/Scrum experience; ability to direct matrixed resources across multiple teams (Required) Agile project management tools and backlog management experience (Required) Technical writing with clear requirements; concise communication for diverse audiences (Required) Business analytics with ability to analyze product usage data to drive decisions (Required) Legally authorized to work in the United States (Required) Base Pay Range: $121,600 - $219,400; Corporate Bonus Target: 20%. The pay range is a general range and actual pay will vary based on location, qualifications, and experience. Some roles include annual bonuses based on company or individual performance.
