We are seeking a Senior Manager of Fulfillment Center Operations with experience scaling high-performing teams to join us in delivering our promise to merchants: Stress Less, Grow More.

What You'll Do

Establish operational procedures for activities including verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouse inventory current.

Maintain the physical condition of the warehouse and equipment.

Submit work orders for repairs and requisitions for equipment replacement to the respective parties.

Coordinate with other functional areas such as customer service and sales to align warehouse activities.

Ensure safe warehouse operations, meeting sanitation, maintenance, security, and housekeeping standards.

Effectively manage the budget and P&L of the operation.

Drive operational excellence across warehouse areas, equipment, and systems.

Collaborate to maintain proper warehouse layout and product placement.

Monitor and achieve facility KPIs in a timely and cost-effective manner to ensure profitability and productivity.

Ensure accurate timekeeping for direct reports and reporting teams.

Lead cultural change within facilities as needed.

Ensure compliance as applicable.

Participate in interviewing, hiring, and training of supervisory and hourly staff; plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance to foster a strong company culture.

Address complaints and resolve problems.

Oversee warehouse sanitation in assigned department; identify sanitation failures and take corrective actions.

What You'll Need

Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Operations, Fulfillment Center Operations, or Distribution Center Operations (preferred).

Minimum 6 to 8 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and training.

Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).

Experience with labor management systems and productivity initiatives (preferred).

Lean Six Sigma certification (advantageous).

Proficiency with enterprise technology systems such as Advanced Excel, Outlook/Gmail, Project Management Software, WMS, and process workflow creation.

Strong ability to present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, and other stakeholders.

Capability to solve practical problems in varied situations with limited standardization.

Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule-form instructions.

Experience leading teams of 40+ employees, developing leadership layers to support staff, and extensive performance management of direct reports.
