Overview
This job is hybrid in McLean, VA (3 days on site).
Our client is a leading Fortune 100 size banking & technology organization who is looking to bring on great talent to support technology projects relating to Merger and Acquistion integrations.
We can facilitate w2 and corp-to-corp consultants. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance. Rate: $65-$75 / hr. w2
Responsibilities
Lead moderate to large complex projects and programs
Provide strategic direction to projects, peers, and direct reports
Design, develop, and manage project plans in a dynamic environment
Revise plans as needed to meet changing requirements
Ensure proper documentation to mitigate risk and meet deadlines
Use problem-solving and influencing skills to ensure project success
Partner cross-functionally with project customers for strategic and tactical support
Build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders
Exhibit strong influencing skills to drive project/program efforts
Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent project management
Quickly implement structure to manage work in complex environments
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Manage, inform, and influence outcomes across the company
Experience Requirements
5+ years of professional experience
Experience as Project Manager in enterprise organization
Experience working on integration projects for merger and/or acquisition between organizations
PMP
Education Requirements
Bachelor Degree required
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
