The role is within the Retail Pharmacy Product Development Omnichannel organization and focuses on ideation, development, and launch of AI-driven Digital and IT solutions to improve, personalize and deepen engagement with patients at key moments in their retail pharmacy journeys.

Responsibilities

Ideate, develop, and launch AI-driven Digital and IT solutions to improve patient engagement at key moments in the retail pharmacy journey.

Lead and influence AI-driven strategies that elevate customer experiences across the retail pharmacy patient journey.

Implement and operationalize work in flight; collaborate with cross-functional partners from product development, operations, finance, digital, and IT.

Design and transform experiences at critical moments in patient journeys; report to a Senior Manager of Pharmacy Product Development and present to leadership.

Communicate updates to senior leaders and stakeholders; develop and present polished materials for leadership forums.

Required Qualifications

2+ years of relevant work experience in pharmacy technology, operations, product management/development, or strategy

Experience developing clear and compelling PowerPoint presentations conveying strategy and business rationale

Experience driving cross-functional initiatives and delivering projects end-to-end

Experience identifying and documenting projects/products in Agile processes

Experience developing roadmaps, building IT projects, UAT, and ETE project execution

Experience building and delivering leadership-facing presentations and materials

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data manipulation (Access or similar database)

Proven ability to network and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholder groups

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MPH)

Healthcare industry work experience

1+ years of experience with UAT and ETE testing in RxC

Ability to partner cross-functionally and charter ambiguous environments

Strong presentation and written/verbal communication skills

Organized, detail-oriented, structured thinking and proactive judgment

Education Bachelor's Degree Required and/or Equivalent Work Experience

Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40

Employment Type: Full time

Pay Range: The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $66,330.00 - $145,860.00
