We\'re currently hiring for a Bilingual Senior Manager, Production (English/Spanish). In this role you will be managing a team of Production Specialists, Shipping and Receiving, and other contract workers as needed. As a Senior Manager, Production you will develop, train, and motivate the operations staff to drive improvement and meet the business goals and targets while complying with all the safety and regulatory requirements. You will build a positive work culture through open and transparent communication, ensure documentation, processes, and procedures are completed and followed as required, and help cross-functionally scale operations as needed. Responsibilities: Supervise and assist with training employees while providing an environment for employees to achieve maximum quality and productivity performance. Oversee inventory, production, and warehouse / shipping & receiving activities. Plan and forecast required resources to develop flexible and efficient production strategies to maximize facility output. Ensure WMS management and production support scheduling. Manage production processes and employee performance, providing positive and/or progressive feedback. Ensure the team meets daily production targets and delivery schedules. Promote safety throughout the assigned work area. Review and ensure reporting requirements are fulfilled in a timely manner. Collaborate with cross-functional partners on continuous improvement projects and process improvements. Maintain a food safe and sanitary environment within specifications and SQF requirements. Establish and adjust procedures to meet production schedules, efficiencies, and budget objectives. Maximize yields and throughputs while minimizing downtime, accidents, and turnover through encouragement and team building. Ensure compliance with established food safety programs, including HACCP, SSOPs and GMPs. Provide training, instructions, and documentation in both English and Spanish for a diverse workforce. What You\'ll Bring 7+ years of proven experience in a food manufacturing or factory setting. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to read, write, and speak both languages fluently. Familiarity with assembly processes and hand tools. Previous experience operating forklifts is preferred; certification is a plus. Strong mechanical knowledge to effectively troubleshoot equipment issues.
