This role is ideal for someone with a mix of management/strategy consulting and an operating HR background who thrives in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment and applies problem-solving and program management to build world-class people operations at a high-growth technology company.
You will oversee a team of two Program Managers and serve as a key thought partner and execution lead for our People/HR Leadership Team. You should be able to connect data, strategy, and operations, and excel in storytelling and influencing to drive action. As an operator at scale, you understand how to balance agility with structure in a fast-paced environment. Your collaborative leadership should build trust across teams and influence without formal authority.
What You’ll Do
Program Management of Strategic People Initiatives
Own and drive high-impact/high-visibility people programs and projects: align stakeholders, manage resources, meet timelines, and create impact at scale
Translate strategic priorities into executable programs, working across COEs (Compensation, Recruiting, HR Ops, Learning & Development, and Business Partners)
Data-Driven Storytelling
Partner with the People Analytics/Data team to interpret workforce data and translate it into actionable insights
Build executive-ready narratives and decks that connect strategy, vision, and business outcomes
Lead critical projects for leaders in the People org in ambiguous environments
Cross-functional Liaison
Bridge across People COEs (Business Partners, Compensation, Recruiting, L&D, etc.), grounding insights and programs in business realities and securing adoption by leaders
Partner with Finance, Legal, and other functions to align programs with business strategy
Team Leadership
Lead and develop a team of two Program Managers driving high-impact initiatives across the People function, including M&A program management, annual compensation, performance and calibration cycles, and IPO readiness initiatives
Qualifications
7-10+ years of experience in management consulting, HR strategy, HR PMO, and/or People Programs
Experience in tech or related industries with hyper-growth (pre/post-IPO)
Proven success in program management, including complex, cross-functional initiatives
Track record leading HR strategies through mergers, acquisitions, and significant organizational change
U.S. Person required due to access to export-controlled information or facilities
US Salary Range $142,000—$213,000 USD

The salary range is an estimate based on compensation factors. Actual offers vary based on experience and skills. Equity grants are included in most full-time offers as part of total compensation.
