With responsibility across our horizon two innovation, you will also lead and mange a direct report. This role reports to the VP Enterprise Insights & Analytics. What You'll Do
Lead with Human-First Insight: Inspire breakthrough thinking by weaving together foresight, consumer empathy, and sharp business acumen. Connect the dots across diverse data sources to unearth transformative opportunity areas. Craft rich narratives that fuel action—bringing insights to life through compelling storytelling and visionary clarity. Embed insight seamlessly into innovation pipelines, from early-stage ideation through commercialization. Drive Enterprise-Wide Innovation Strategy
Serve as the north star for insight-led innovation across all 11 categories and brands. Define the future of cooking, snacking, and beverage experiences through consumer-driven strategy. Grow category leadership and brand relevancy through deep life-stage understanding and future trends. Lead People and Possibility
Nurture an environment of curiosity, courage, and continuous improvement. Manage and grow a direct report who is also dedicated to enterprise horizon 2 innovation. What You Bring
10+ years of experience in CPG insights and innovation leadership A BA degree (MBA preferred) Bold, strategic mindset with exceptional communication and storytelling skills Mastery of research methodologies and emerging insight capabilities Proven success in translating insight into high-impact innovation and business growth High people agility and a deep passion for understanding human behavior Compensation and Benefits
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $162,500-$233,600. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
