Overview
Senior Workday Administrator (Security) to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of security configurations and access protocols across Workday. This strategic role safeguards sensitive data, ensures compliance, and supports operational excellence. This is a fully remote role with occasional visits to the Boston office. Base pay range
$120,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Set up processes and policies for how the organization manages and audits all security across the Workday platform Drive all work related to security Security configuration User access management Compliance and auditing Incident response Policy development and documentation Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to align security configurations with business goals Requirements
Certified in Workday security Demonstrated experience setting up processes and policies for enterprise security management and auditing Hands-on Workday security administration expertise Knowledge of Workday security frameworks (roles, domains, business process policies) across HCM, Finance, Payroll, and Time Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA) Knowledge of security auditing, risk management, and design definition Strong communication and collaboration skills Benefits and notes
