What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Collaborate with the Creative Design Leader to define and steer enterprise-level creative direction aligned with strategic priorities and brand standards

Lead the creative process from ideation to execution across integrated campaigns, digital experiences, and internal communications

Serve as a guardian of the brand identity, ensuring consistent design and storytelling across global markets

Translate complex consulting insights into relatable, human-centered creative for executive decision-makers

Manage relationships with design vendors and oversee resource allocation for timely project delivery

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field

8+ years in creative roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity within an agency, in-house creative team, or professional-services setting

Proven success in delivering integrated campaigns and brand communications in B2B environments

Experience working in enterprise marketing and communications balancing global brand consistency with localized market needs

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and familiarity with CMS and digital marketing platforms

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with creative automation tools or AI-assisted design platforms

Strong portfolio demonstrating creative work achieving business outcomes

Skills in coaching and developing design professionals

Effective collaboration skills with stakeholders across multiple departments
