Larger, stable company seeking an integral part of their corporate accounting team as Financial Reporting Manager. Position is a great spot for career minded professional. Financial Reporting Manager (CPA) - Onsite
Responsibilities: Manage the preparation of the company's quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements, prepare financial statement disclosures, and report key performance metrics. Supervise the accounting staff, compliance reporting, month end close, and ad hoc reporting & analysis. Prepare flux analysis and explain those movements. Assist with financial planning and analysis, internal and external financial reporting, and internal controls. Participate in daily, monthly, and quarterly accounting and reporting including review and approval of journal entries, reconciliations, and analysis of results to ensure completeness and accuracy of account balances. Work closely with cross functional teams including Tax, Finance, and payroll/HR. Coordinate and liaise with internal and external audits. Present financial review and deck to senior executive team. Great springboard opportunity for future growth potential with high-level exposure to interact with senior executive team. Compensation range is competitive with bonus and great benefits. Requirements: Minimum 7+ years of experience and at least 4 of which from public accounting experience. CPA ideally. Requires 2+ years in supervisory capacity. Must have public accounting experience in audit from a larger CPA firm, strong GAAP knowledge and research. Excellent communication and analytical skills are a must.
